Preparation consumes the hours meant for teaching.
Lesson plans, worksheets, question sets and answer keys repeat every week. SmartSaarthi is being built to shorten that production work while keeping the teacher in control.

Why SmartSaarthi exists
Coaching institutes already create teaching material, student questions and assessment data. The missing layer is a practical way to turn that work into more time for teaching and earlier academic support.
Lesson plans, worksheets, question sets and answer keys repeat every week. SmartSaarthi is being built to shorten that production work while keeping the teacher in control.
Students need an explanation at the moment they are stuck. The tutor is designed to guide the reasoning, check understanding and reveal more help only when needed.
Question difficulty, distractor choices and concept-level patterns can reveal where a batch is struggling before the same misconception repeats in the next test.
Designed around real roles
SmartSaarthi is not one generic chat screen. Its development build already separates teacher preparation, student tutoring and institute-level oversight.
For teachers
Create and review lesson plans, concept explanations, worksheets, worked answer keys and editable question sets.
For students
The tutor can explain a concept, guide a solution step by step or offer practice, with a visible mode control and doubt history.
For institutes
Import pseudonymous assessment results, inspect concept and question patterns, and keep AI usage within an institute-controlled credit allowance.
The product journey
The first three stages exist in the development build. The final intervention layer is explicitly roadmap work and is not presented as available today.
A teacher selects the academic scope and produces a lesson, worksheet, answer key or question set for review.
A student asks a doubt and receives explanation, guided solving or practice suited to the intent of the question.
Assessment results become question-level and concept-level patterns instead of another score-only report.
Student Brain and Risk Radar are planned to connect evidence, explain emerging risk and recommend a focused teacher action.
Two products, one clear boundary
They are designed to connect through explicit APIs and sign-on—not a shared database. SmartSaarthi can therefore remain a separate product and never become another ERP module.
Owns the institute’s operational and academic records.
Owns generated material, tutoring sessions and derived academic insight.
Current reality: no SmartHisaab institute or student data is connected to SmartSaarthi today. Full SSO, context exchange and assignment write-back remain later integration work.
An honest build status
“Built” here means present in the private development build. It does not mean generally available, production-certified or included with SmartHisaab Education.
Trust by design
The product is being engineered around institute control, student-data minimisation and visible human review—not a browser connected directly to an AI provider.
Names, phone numbers, addresses, parent contacts and other direct identifiers are excluded from AI-provider requests.
Generated academic material carries provenance and stays editable before it becomes classroom material.
Credits are reserved before AI work, settled afterward and governed by institute-level allowances and thresholds.
SmartHisaab and SmartSaarthi keep separate ownership and exchange only defined context and derived insight.
