How fee collection works today: Institutes record cash or their own UPI/payment method in SmartHisaab, and student fees remain with the institute. PhonePe-powered online collection is in provider onboarding and will be announced only after approval, disclosures and settlement rules are complete.

No. Fee management and guardian reminders are important workflows, but the current product also connects admissions, students, batches, attendance, academics, assessments, staff, departments, reports, analytics, administration and subscription billing.
Not today. Institutes currently record cash or their own payment method in SmartHisaab. PhonePe is the selected future gateway, but no online collection is live until onboarding, disclosures and the settlement structure are approved.
No. Owner, Admin, Teacher and Student are distinct roles. Sensitive institute-wide and commercial controls remain Owner-scoped, while staff access is explicitly granted.
The 45-day trial begins when the invited Owner activates the institution. It includes the full core product and does not require payment details.
