SmartHisaab Education charges the institute for its software subscription. The calculation uses active-student headcount, never a percentage of the fees an institute collects.
Founding Institute offer · Lite only
₹8 per active student, with a ₹299 monthly minimum, for 12 paid periods. Available to the first 10 eligible institutes that activate Lite by 31 October 2026.
Eligibility and offer terms
The first 10 activations or the closing date, whichever comes first. A prorated first period counts as period one; upgrading permanently ends unused promotional periods. Optional communication and storage top-ups are separate. Nothing auto-charges at trial end.

What the price means
Software subscription.
Not student-fee commission.
The institute pays Swayam Digital Systems for SmartHisaab Education. Student and guardian fees belong to the institution; SmartHisaab Education does not take a percentage of those collections.

The invited Owner starts the trial. No payment details are required and it does not silently convert into a debit.

Billing uses active students on the billing date. A student admitted after the 15th begins counting from the next cycle.
Invoice and receipt
After approval, the Owner pays the activation invoice. A completed invoice is retained as the institute's receipt.

How student-fee payments work today
Institute owners pay SmartHisaab Education subscription invoices through PhonePe. Students and guardians pay their institute directly using its available payment methods; those fee payments are recorded in the institute ledger.
