What the price means

The institute pays Swayam Digital Systems for SmartHisaab. Student and guardian fees belong to the institution; SmartHisaab does not take a percentage of those collections.
Active students only
Billing uses active students on the billing date. A student admitted after the 15th begins counting from the next cycle.
Included quota
The core plan includes communication quota sized to billed headcount. Optional top-ups are shown separately.

How student-fee payments work today
Institutes currently collect through cash or their own UPI/payment method and record the payment in SmartHisaab. PhonePe-powered online collection is in provider onboarding and will be announced only after merchant approval, customer disclosures and settlement rules are complete.
